Innovation, Strategic Thinking and Strategic Account Management are areas I know are given much lip service but less than strenuous application and precious little ongoing professional development. I created my consulting firm and I am running the Institute for Innovation Development as a social enterprise for the financial services industry to address this need for more innovation, collaboration and answering the ever compounding rate of change in our world today.
