Starting a company is hard. Often times, the largest cost driver is personnel. At the same time, founders and startup executives can sometimes be “policy soft” in an effort to build culture. In other words, there is plenty of temptation to take shortcuts in an effort to save money. However, these shortcuts can prove costly. This panel will include two seasoned labor and employment lawyers and a culture building executive working in a technology and sports startup. They will provide insights and tips on how to  build culture and save money without putting the company’s long term future at risk.
