G. Deon Bradley is a nationally-Certified Business and Executive Coach and the Founder of Bradley Coaching & Consulting, which he launched ten years ago. He is known for Sales Growth and improving leadership capabilities in Founders. Throughout his career, he has spent decades helping startups grow their revenues and coaching Founders on substantially improving their personal performance. Deon’s background includes experience leading regional and national B to B Sales and Business Development teams at startups, as well as three Fortune 100 corporations. He led a $500 million B to B sales division of Bell South as Vice President. His expertise lies in the areas of Sales, Business Development, Strategy, and Leadership Development . He has worked with startups in a wide variety of verticals and has coached Founders from five countries. He leads the Business Advisors Program for the Operation Startup Veterans Incubator at Hillsborough Community College in Tampa. Deon also supports Founders as an Advisor for Tampa Bay WAVE and the online and offline platform, CoFoundersLab.com, a resource to over 15,000 entrepreneurs worldwide. Since 2013, Deon has served as a Business Advisor for the nation’s largest incubator, 1871Chicago. Additionally, he has worked with leading programs like the nationally-ranked Coleman Entrepreneurship Center at his alma mater DePaul University and the Teach for America Entrepreneurship Program in Chicago. In an effort to help grow the entrepreneurial community, he launched the Cofounders matchup Chicago networking group, which grew to a membership of over 1,000 entrepreneurs and Founders.
Deon has a passion for serving the communities where he lives and has volunteered as a Board Member for over a dozen nonprofit organizations, including the Metrolina Association for the Blind, Chicago Lighthouse for the Blind as well as his current role as Fundraising Committee Chair for the Tampa Lighthouse for the Blind.
