Launch Code
Managing Director
Ingrid Harb (24) Previously worked as a Technology Consultant for Capgemini - a French multinational information technology consulting corporation. Harb soon realized the lack of women in tech and found the solution was to work for LaunchCode a nonprofit helping bridge the gap in the tech talent pipeline by providing accessible education resources and matching driven, qualified workers with employers facing tech talent shortage. Harb is now working to empower and inspire women to change the face of technology by providing opportunities in tech easily accessible. In the past, Harb worked as a business analyst for a tech software startup and worked in Shanghai China conducting market research. She graduated from Trinity University with a dual degree in International Business and Marketing. In the fall of 2014, Harb became a delegate for US-MEX FoCUS, an organization comprised of university students from the U.S. and Mexico that aspires to create a bi-national network of leaders. Harb returned to the U.S. with a mission: to create an inclusive, empowering platform for women leaders that enables an open dialogue regardless of social, economic, racial, or cultural background. In 2015, Harb founded the Women Ambassadors Forum (WAF). The organization grew to over 300 members in less than a year, receiving applications from 70% of countries worldwide, and partnered with over 25 Fortune 500 companies for funding. Since 2015, Harb has organized four five-day forums recruiting and working with a team of young professionals across six countries and more than 15 Universities.
