Millette Schmidt

ASD|SKY- Interiors | Architecture | Graphic Design | Landscape Architecture
Millette strives to enhance people's daily lives with inspiring interior environments by collaborating with clients to transform and reimagine their workplace. For Millette, it’s the transformation of abstract ideas and values into tangible experiences that is compelling. By starting each project without a prescribed design style, and putting thoughtful design and function first, every client receives a uniquely crafted space that tells their brand's story and reflects their culture through an architectural interior that is both beautiful and functional.

With an artistic and creative spirit, but unsure how to manifest that into a career, Millette began her education at Rutgers University focused on Anthropology. Her personal life brought her to California and then Florida. After this personal, geographic, and career journey, Millette found her way back to art, design and creativity, graduating with an Interior Design degree from the University of Florida’s College of Architecture. Millette’s early interest in human behavior through her anthropological studies continues to be at the forefront of her design work and focus on user-centered solutions. Whether the project is a single local office or large national account, Millette brings her passion for design, observation of social and human interaction, and inspiration for innovation. Millette joined ASD|SKY Atlanta in 1999 and continued her career in their Tampa office in 2000 where she has designed and managed interior design projects in the Tampa Bay area and nationwide including law offices, financial institutions, corporate headquarters, and technology companies.

(ASD|SKY is a multi-disciplinary design firm offering interiors, architectural, landscape, and graphic design services. ASD|SKY currently maintains offices in Atlanta, Tampa, Washington, DC, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Portland, Birmingham, Jacksonville, Nashville, Greenville, Raleigh, and Richmond)
