Managed a team who have completed a combined total of $2 Billion in debt financings as
well as capital raises for small to midsize companies. Successfully restructured over
$600 Million in debt during the last recession. Spearheaded numerous acquisitions as
well as positioned various companies for sale. Gained extensive experience across
financial services including financing public and private companies, selling divisions to
raise capital, and complex bankruptcy restructurings. Raised $400 Million debt capital
for real estate developers. Designed and executed several philanthropic fundraisers.
Ms. Parks earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Business, graduating
cum laude from Wake Forest University, and a Masters of Business Administration with
a Finance concentration, graduating with the Highest Honors, from the University of
Tampa. Prior to founding Links Financial, her banking career included senior positions
with Bank of America, Northern Trust and the Royal Bank of Canada’s US subsidiary.
